Loopbaan en Bestuursactiviteiten in 2013-2016

• Connecting Cities, in Assen, Nederland. Bureau voor onderzoek, advies, ontwerp en communicatie in duurzame stedelijke en regionale ontwikkeling. Positie: oprichter en eigenaar, stedenbouwkundige en adviseur duurzame ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en inrichting. Gestart op 1 januari 2013.
• Ingeschreven als stedenbouwkundige in het Architecten Register onder nummer 2.890201.001, sinds 1989
• Voorzitter BNSP/NVTL Werkgroep Duurzame Stedelijke Ontwikkeling. Dit is een gezamenlijke werkgroep van leden van de Beroepsvereniging van Nederlandse Stedenbouwkundigen en Planologen (BNSP) en de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Tuin- en Landschapsarchitectuur, 1992 – 2013.
• Bestuurslid Beroepsvereniging van Nederlandse Stedenbouwkundigen en Planologen, 2009 – 2013.
• Algemeen lid op het gebied van (landschaps)architectuur en stedenbouw van de provinciale Adviescommissie Culturele Prijs van Drenthe, 2008 – 2015.
• Vice President Urban Planning Advisory Teams (UPATs) van ISOCARP, the International Society of City and Regional Planners, 2011 – 2017.
• Vice Voorzitter van de 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee van ISOCARP, the International Society of City and Regional Planners, 2013 – 2015.
